Absorbing with healthy eating habits is very important to make our body healthy and sound. If we desire long term life, we should habituate with healthy food habits. Here I would like to share ten healthy food habits what is very essential in our daily life. The following 10 steps will ensure your sound life.  
1.  When we want to go eating, don’t eat agitatedly. Try to eat slowly and chew well.
2.   Try to eat timely. Make schedule for taking your meal timely. It is salubrious for health. If you take your meal irregularly, it will create problem for digestion. 
3.  Don’t take any junk foods between lunch and dinner. Don’t take even 1gm of food untimely.
4.  Take food in an enthusiastic environment. Taking meal with cheerful mind is salubrious for health.
5.  Don’t forget to take sufficient water between lunch and dinner.  Taking sufficient water will help you to protect disease naturally. But be careful when you will go to drink. It is suggested to take pure water getting from water related disease.

6.  Never forget to adopt easy method for preparing food. If you love your own life then you should adopt simple way of cooking. Try to avoid much containing fatty foods.
7.  Use natural sweet goods instead of sugar. You are suggested to be parsimonious for minimize the use of sugar. Excessive sugar is harmful for our body.  
8.  God has created natural nutritious food for surviving our life. So you should never avoid taking foods like grains, fruits, peanut and vegetables.
9. When you are going to cook, try to keep its food value. The way of making food must be appetizing and nutritious.
10.When you go for cooking, be sure that fruits and vegetable are in good manner. Spoil food and vegetable may create poison in blood. Consequently, you may die due to taking spoil food.
