One of the major reasons of dying in the earth is coronary heart disease or in simple word you may call ‘heart attack’. Besides, heart disease, hinder in blood circulation is also responsible for heart attack. Excessive lipid or fat materials are causing of stoke. Lipid and fat materials contain of total cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL (high density lipoprotein), LDL (low density lipoprotein). Generally, doctors suggest to their patient to diagnosis of quantity of lipid because, coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetics, stroke or chest/breast pain are responsible for excessive lipid. I would like to discuss in this article about what is cholesterol, its origin and function. The necessity of calories for human body and what is the negative impact of cholesterol or how to keep cholesterol normal in human blood. Cholesterol is an important chemical substance for human body. There are two sources of cholesterol in human body. Cholesterol enriches food like mutton, meat, pork, dense milk, ghee, yolk, brain, liver, belly and prawn. We get most of the cholesterol from above mention foods. Approximately 85% cholesterol produces from lever, adrenal gland and skin. Besides, calories enrich food like glucose, fructose, sugar, rice, wheat, flour, potato and protein enrich food like fish, meat, egg these are also sources of cholesterol in human body.
Function of cholesterol
Some substances are produced by cholesterol like vitamin D and it also produces sex hormone like testosterone, progesterone, estrogen, strode and colic acid etc. There are hundred cores of cell in human body. Cholesterol plays a vital role to form the outer wall of cell. It is impossible to produce cell wall. LDL cholesterol also plays an important role to produce cholesterol. Testosterone is an essential sex hormone. The deficit of testosterone hormone causes loss of libido and sexual desire.
Negative impact of cholesterol in human body
In research, it is proved that excessive cholesterol causes some illness like coronary heart disease, brain stroke, marginal blood vessel disease, producing cholesterol in blood circulation in many parts of the body. The increment of cholesterol in blood may cause of lump in many places of blood vessel. This type of lump is called atheroma and the process of gathering is called atherosclerosis. In generally, it is called plaque. It causes block in blood vessel.   
How to keep normal cholesterol level in human body  
Cholesterol can be divided in four ways. Total cholesterol is one of them. It is normal if you take it below 200 milligram. The second one is called HDL (high density lipoprotein). It is friendly cholesterol for human body. Ideal dose of HDL is 40 milligram for man and 50 milligram for women. Triglyceride or TG contain in hugely in food. It does not create any problem in human body, but excessive increment of triglyceride may cause of heart disease and risk of stroke. LDL (low density lipoprotein) is considering the most harmful cholesterol for human body. It is better if you take it under 150 milligram or under 100 milligram. The person who has attacked by heart disease or stroke in previous, they should have kept it below 100 milligram.
If we want to get rid of overdose of cholesterol, we will have to adopt with some technique like change of lifestyle, change of food habit, exercise and anti cholesterol medicine. They should give up the habit of taking alcohol that is using alcohol immensely. Your food menu should be balanced diet. Try to avoid fatty food like button, meat, pork, fat, ghee, yolk and lever. It is the best if you not eat the above mention foods. Try to take less quantity of calorie like rice, cake, cold drinks, sugar, wheat, flower and potato. You are also suggested to take fiber food like vegetable, fruit etc. Try to pour less amount of oil when you cook food. Because one of the most reason of cholesterol is oil. But the oil originated from olive, sunflower, soybean, rice or grain is the best oil for human body.  Exercise is the best option to reduce cholesterol in blood. It will help you to become healthy if you do walking, cycling, swimming and joking. There are also available many anti cholesterol medicine. It is familiar as statin drugs like simvastatin, fluvestatin, atorvastatin, pitavestatin and rosuvastatin. Who have attacked by heart disease or stroke or at risk like diabetics, high blood pressure, smoker and obesity to keep their cholesterol under control, they should take the above mention medicine.
